Floor plan layout tool

Design your own floor plan that we can work from to design your house plans


Use this tool to arrange rooms and create a basic floor plan.

We can use this plan to design a custom plan for you.

Arrange the boxes to lay out your design.

Drag each room to the location that you want.

Double click on a room to bring up it's options. From here you can:

Resize the room to specific dimensions
Change the room's flooring
Change the name of the room
Delete the room

You can also change the size of each room by dragging its walls.

As the crosshair crosses over the midpoint of any wall, a red box will appear. Drag that wall to move.

Viewing the plan:

You can move the drawing by holding down the middle or right mouse button and "dragging the page".

To Add a room:

Select a room from the "Add a room" box.

The room will appear on the page. Move the room to where you want it and change its dimensions to the size that you want.

If you can't find the room you're looking for, select "other room" and change its name and flooring to the type you want.

Save your drawing often. When you are finished, let us know and we'll help you take if from there.
